Everything you need to know about downloading, joining a group, entering events, and collecting your prizes.

Getting started

Download, sign up, and find your way around.

Platform Sixx is free on iPhone and Android.

  • iPhone / iPad: search “PF6” in the App Store.
  • Android: search “PF6” in Google Play.

Open the app and tap Create Account on the login screen, then:

  • Enter your email, a password (at least 6 characters), and confirm it.
  • Agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy and Sweepstakes Rules, and confirm you’re 21 or older.
  • Tap Create Account.

Prefer a shortcut? You can also use Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Apple (iPhone only). There’s no email verification step — you go straight into the app.

Yes. Platform Sixx is for adults 21 and older. You confirm your age when you create your account, and winners of age-restricted prizes (such as firearms) must pass the required checks through a licensed dealer.

On the login screen tap Forgot Password?, enter your email, and tap Reset Password. We’ll email you a reset link — check your inbox and spam folder.

Yes. A Welcome walkthrough runs the first time you open the app, and you can replay any tutorial anytime from Profile → Tutorials. Tutorials cover navigation, filtering events, groups, and managing credits.

Groups

Join and manage the communities you belong to.

Groups are vendor communities, and they’re at the heart of Platform Sixx. Joining a group unlocks that vendor’s events and store. You can belong to several groups and filter what you see by the ones you choose.

You’ll need a group code from the vendor (or an invite link).

  • Tap Join a Group — it’s available from the Events, Store, Orders and History screens.
  • Type the group code or ID into the Group Code field. Matching groups appear once you’ve typed at least 3 characters.
  • Tap Join on your group. You’ll see “Request to join group sent.”

If someone shares an invite link (for example pf6.app/join/CODE), tapping it opens the app with the code already filled in.

A few messages you might run into:

  • “Invalid code.” — no group matches what you typed; double-check it with your vendor.
  • “This group is not yet active.” — the group isn’t open yet; try again later.
  • “You are already a member of this group.” — you’re already in, no action needed.

Tap the group selector at the top of the app. Tap groups to select or deselect them (selected groups show a checkmark), then tap Show results. You can also Select All or Unselect All.

Go to Manage Groups, find the group, tap Remove, and confirm. Groups where you’re an admin show “Admin” instead and can’t be removed here.

Open Messages and tap Group Members.

Events & ways to win

Seats, auctions, drops, minefield and free entry.

Vendors run several formats:

  • Seat micro sweepstakes — buy numbered seats; a winner is drawn at random from all entries.
  • Auctions — bid in real time; the highest bidder when it closes wins.
  • Drop events — a countdown; you can pre-order a seat, and seats are assigned randomly at drop time.
  • Minefield — seats are assigned at random, and some are secretly free; land on a free seat and you won’t be charged for it.
  • Bonus events — earn a bonus entry when you buy a seat in a group’s event.
  • Prize wheel — many events reveal the winner with a live animated spin.

On an event, pick a seat and tap to buy. A Confirm Purchase sheet shows the seat number and the credits it will cost. Tap Confirm — you’ll get a “Payment Successful!” confirmation. Your seats appear under My Seats on the event.

Every eligible event has a free way in. Tap No Purchase Necessary, then Claim Your Free Entry → Enter Free. Free entry is limited to one per user every 24 hours; if you try again too soon, the app tells you when you can enter again.

Enter your bid (there are +10 / +50 / +100 quick buttons) and tap Place Bid, then confirm. When the auction closes, the highest bidder wins.

A Drop has a countdown. If pre-sell is enabled you can Pre-Order a seat before the drop; seats are then assigned randomly at drop time. You can’t buy seats once pre-orders fill or the countdown ends, until the drop happens.

In a Minefield event, seats are assigned at random and some are secretly free. If you land on a free seat, you won’t be charged for it — “No credits were deducted. Lucky you!”

Winners are drawn at random. Draws are verified by RANDOM.ORG — open an event’s Verify option to see the Random Number Verification details, including the parameters used and a link to random.org’s public verification page.

The Events screen has Active and History tabs. Use Filter & Sort to sort (Closest to Close, Value or Seat high/low) and to filter by type, options, seat-price range, or “only events I’m in or bookmarked.” Bookmark events to find them quickly.

Credits & payments

Adding credits, cards, and transactions.

Credits (₢) are the in-app currency. 1 credit = $1, and they never expire. You use credits to buy seats, place bids, and buy store items.

Go to Add Credits, enter an amount (quick chips: 25 / 50 / 75 / 100), pick a payment method, and tap Add. The minimum is 10 credits. A flat $1 processing fee applies to every credit purchase and is shown on the Review and Purchase screen before you pay. All sales are final.

Real (universal) credits work anywhere. Group credits are tied to a specific group and can be granted by a vendor for use on their events. Some events are marked “Group Credits Disabled,” meaning only real credits can be used there. At checkout you choose which to pay with.

In Payment Methods tap Add new card and enter your card number, expiration and security code — or use Scan card with camera. You’ll add a billing address too. You can set a default card or remove one anytime.

Open your Wallet → Transactions. You’ll see entries such as Event Seat Purchase, Store Purchase, and more.

Store

Buying items directly from a group’s storefront.

Open Store, pick an item, and tap Purchase - ₢ (price). Confirm, and choose whether to pay with Group Credits or Real Credits. Items are marked Shipping & Pickup, Shipping Only, or Pickup Only so you know how you’ll receive them.

Winning & your prize

Orders, shipping, pickup, trades and FFL prizes.

Your prize appears under My Orders → Active. Open the order and choose how to receive it: Ship your item, Pickup your item, or Trade for Credit.

Choose Ship your item, review and confirm your shipping address, and tap Confirm. Once the vendor ships, you’ll see carrier and tracking details you can copy. Tap Mark as Received when it arrives.

Choose Pickup your item and enter the name of the person picking up. The vendor will contact you to arrange a date and time — bring proper ID to claim your item.

Often, yes. If a trade is available, choose Trade for Credit / Take the Credits to swap the prize for a credit amount, then confirm.

Firearm prizes are transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. The dealer completes ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check. You’re responsible for any local FFL transfer fees and travel. If you can’t pass the check or are prohibited from owning a firearm, the prize is forfeited. Full details are in the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Account & profile

Profile, notifications, commerce time and deletion.

Go to Profile. Tap your photo to upload a new one, and use the Profile option to edit your details.

Profile → Notifications opens Notification Preferences. You can toggle each type per group — Posts, Events, Mini Events, Messages, Fulfillment, Comments, Live Streams and Store items — or use Enable All / Mute All, then Save Preferences.

When you spend credits, you earn browsing time on the Platform Sixx commerce website (1 credit = 1 minute). See your remaining time under Profile → Commerce, and use the same login to access the site.

Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data and can’t be undone. You may be asked to sign in again first.

Messages

Chatting with vendors and other members.

Open Messages to chat with vendors and members. Tap a conversation to open the chat, where you can send text and images. You can also Mark all as read, view Group Members, and manage Blocked conversations.

For vendors & admins

Run events, manage members, fulfill orders, get paid.

Anyone who’s an admin of at least one group. Admins get extra tools in the app — Events, Orders, Members and Groups — and can use the web dashboard at app.platformsixx.com.

From the admin tools, create an event and pick a type (Standard, Single, Minefield, Auction or Bonus). Set the value, seats, seat price and winners, add at least one image, choose options (Auto Roll, Featured, Limited, Free Event, a scheduled drop, FFL Required, and more), and publish.

When seats fill — or at your chosen time — use Spin to draw the winner, or enable Auto Roll to draw automatically once every seat is taken.

In Groups, set your group Name, Group Code, logo, cover image and description. Share your storefront using the join link (pf6.app/your-code) or its QR code from the Add Member screen.

In Members you can search members, add them, and edit their group credits. Members have a level (admin, moderator or user) and a status (active or suspended).

In Orders, open an order and follow the steps: select the fulfillment option (Ship, Pickup or Trade), add carrier and tracking for shipping (or arrange a pickup), then Complete Order.

Use Withdraw Credits to cash out. First add a payout method with your bank details (account holder, account and routing numbers, and address). Withdrawals are 10 ₢ minimum and 10,000 ₢ maximum, with a daily limit, and are sent to your bank.

Affiliate & referrals

Refer vendors and earn recurring commission.

Platform Sixx pays you to help grow the community. Refer a group admin (vendor) to Platform Sixx and earn a 2% commission on every seat they sell — for two years.

It’s three steps:

  • Get your unique referral link from Profile → Affiliate Program.
  • Share it with group admins and vendors.
  • Earn 2% on every seat those vendors sell, for two years.

Open Profile → Affiliate Program. Your personal referral code and shareable link are there — tap to copy or share.

Your Affiliate Program dashboard shows your Total Earned, Active Referrals, and current Commission Rate.

If you open the app from a referral link, you’ll see a “You were referred!” banner with the referral code. That code is linked to your new account when you sign up, crediting the person who referred you.

Trust, safety & rules

Fairness, notifications, taxes and the official rules.

No. Every event offers a free entry (“no purchase necessary”), and a purchase never improves your odds. When you do pay, you’re buying a real, metered service — marketplace access time — and the sweepstakes entry comes with it, free.

Winners are notified within one business day of the drawing — by the email or phone number on your account, or by push notification.

Winners are responsible for any taxes. For prizes valued at $600 or more, the sponsoring vendor issues an IRS Form 1099-MISC.
