NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. THE PLATFORM AND THE SPONSOR

These Official Rules apply to all sweepstakes, contests, and promotions (each a “Sweepstakes,” “Event,” or “Promotion”) hosted on the PlatformSixx Inc. website or application (collectively, “The Platform”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.

Platform Role: PlatformSixx Inc. (“PlatformSixx”) provides the technical infrastructure and administrative tools for independent vendors to host Events. PlatformSixx is not the Sponsor of any Event unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Vendor Role: Each Event is sponsored and administered by an independent vendor (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor is solely responsible for legal compliance, prize procurement, fulfillment, and specific terms. Sponsors utilize “Vendor Groups” to manage participants; access to these groups is controlled by the Sponsor via group access codes.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Age: To ensure strict legal compliance with federal and state regulations regarding high-value and regulated assets, PlatformSixx requires all users to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account. Age is verified through user certification and date-of-birth validation during registration. All participants must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry and for any Event involving firearms, ammunition, or items regulated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and a copy of the entrants state or federal identification card will be required by the sponsoring FFL Dealer.

Residency: Unless otherwise specified on a specific Event Page, Promotions are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.

Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of PlatformSixx, the Sponsor, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and FFL Dealers involved in the Event (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) or those living in the same household (whether or not related), are ineligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

The Promotion Period for each Event is specified on the respective Event Page. All entries must be received during the specified Period to be eligible.

Online Entry: During the Promotion Period, navigate to the Event Page and follow the instructions to enter. This may include clicking a “Free Entry” button or a similar designated mechanism.
Entry Limits: Unless otherwise specified for a given Event, entries are limited to one (1) entry per user per 24-hour period. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase or specific digital actions, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3x5 inch card and mail it with proper postage to the Sponsor’s address listed on the Event Page. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Event end date. No mechanical reproductions permitted.

4. FIREARMS AND FFL-REGULATED PRIZES

For any Event involving firearms, ammunition, or items regulated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF):

Vendor Compliance and Due Diligence: All independent vendors offering firearms, ammunition, and regulated prizes have undergone a mandatory due diligence process by PlatformSixx. Such vendors have certified they are legally authorized to offer these regulated items in accordance with federal and state laws.
Mandatory Licensing: All vendors offering firearms, ammunition, and regulated prizes must maintain a current and valid FFL on file with PlatformSixx. Failure to maintain an active license will result in the vendor’s immediate removal from The Platform upon the date of FFL expiration.
Mandatory FFL Transfer: All firearm prizes must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer.
Sponsor/Dealer Responsibility: The FFL Dealer that sponsored the Event is responsible for the lawful transfer of the prize. The Dealer will conduct all required due diligence on the winner, including the completion of ATF Form 4473 and the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check.
Winner Eligibility: If a winner is prohibited by law from receiving the prize or fails a background check, the prize is forfeited in its entirety with no compensation.
Costs: Winners are responsible for local FFL transfer fees and all travel expenses to the Dealer’s location.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Selection: Potential winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Notification: Potential winners will be notified via the email address and phone number associated with their account, or via push notification, no more than one (1) business day following the end of an Event drawing.

Verification: Potential winners must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release within thirty (30) days of issuance. Non-compliance, the return of a notification as undeliverable, or the inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS AND TAXES

Prizes are awarded “AS IS.” No prize substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes valued at $600 or more, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries, whether due to system errors, technical malfunctions, hardware/software failures, or human error. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failures impair its integrity.

Tampering: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt/use/misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer or administration of the Promotion.

9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Waco, Texas. All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these rules, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available on the PlatformSixx website. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and prize fulfillment.
